Baked Striped Chicken


    • Chicken Breast
    • Powdered Black Pepper
    • Chopped Red Bell Pepper
    • Chopped Zucchini
    • Chopped Onion
    • Classic Olive Oil
    • Ginger Garlic powder
    • Oregano powder
    • Basil Powder
    • Grated Mozzarella Cheese

Herb Preparation

  • Mix Oregano, Basil and the Ginger Garlic powder together to use later



  • Clean the Chicken breast pieces and slit them at several places


  • Oil the  chicken and add salt and pepper to it
  • Let it be left to marinate
  • Meanwhile, cut red pepper, Onion, Zucchini and Tomato


  • Add the vegetables in the slits made
  • Garnish the preparation with the herb mixture prepared earlier, some oil and grated cheese
  • Bake the Preparation until cooked (400F / 25 Min)

Once ready, server the preparation with some saute vegetables and a glass of martini; Shaken … not stirred…
