Ingredients
- Jumbo Shrimps
- Butter
- Green Chilly
- Salt & Pepper
- slices of Lime
- Some mint leaves to be used for a garnish
Directions
- Heat about 2 tbsp of butter in a pan till the butter block has melted
- Add 6 – 7 Jumbo shrimps to the pan and saute the mix until the prawns turn pink in color
- Add Julienne chilly to the pan and wait for the chilies to cook
- Squeeze some lime for taste as the prawns are almost cooked
- Add Salt and Pepper to taste
- Garnish the plate with mint leaves and slices of Lime and serve
