Butter Prawns in Chilly


  • Jumbo Shrimps
  • Butter
  • Green Chilly
  • Salt & Pepper
  • slices of Lime
  • Some mint leaves to be used for a garnish


  • Heat about 2 tbsp of butter in a pan till the butter block has melted
  • Add 6 – 7 Jumbo shrimps to the pan and saute the mix until the prawns turn pink in color
  • Add Julienne chilly to the pan and wait for the chilies to cook
  • Squeeze some lime for taste as the prawns are almost cooked
  • Add Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Garnish the plate with mint leaves and slices of Lime and serve
